1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website https://remolddigital.com, utilizing the BrandPilot AI content software, requesting a free audit, or contracting our digital marketing and web engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services & Engagements

Remold Digital provides digital marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), custom Next.js web development, performance advertising management, and branding services.

Detailed project deliverables, timelines, and payment milestones are governed by written proposals and service invoices issued to each client.

3. Retainer Terms & Ad Spend Policy

• Monthly Rolling Retainers: Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, agency retainers operate on a monthly rolling basis. Clients may cancel or pause with 14 business days' written notice before the next billing cycle.
• Ad Spend Exclusion: Retainer fees cover strategy, creative production, and management. Advertising spend (charged by Google, Meta, or LinkedIn) is paid directly by the client to the advertising platforms.
• No Guaranteed Rankings: While we execute rigorous white-hat SEO and GEO processes, search engines frequently update their algorithms. Remold Digital does not make unethical guarantees of specific keyword positions or revenue numbers.

4. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon full payment of all agreed project milestones or monthly retainer invoices, full ownership of custom code, graphics, branding kits, and content created specifically for your business is transferred to you.

Remold Digital retains all ownership rights to proprietary internal software, frameworks, and tools—including BrandPilot AI and internal workflow automation scripts.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with primary jurisdiction held in the courts of Islamabad Capital Territory. For international client contracts, disputes are resolved through mutual commercial mediation prior to legal arbitration.
